Saturday, March 11th, 2023 Lodge will open @ 11AM Crawfish and food will begin being served about 1pm – 6pm or as long as it takes to cook them all. (Outside)(Please try refrain from taking the crawfish into the lodge to help with clean up.) If you have not been to a boil before; we will dump crawfish into coolers and have scoops to plate. Everyone stands around eats and fellowships. Larger platters are available for sale for your use. Sides include corn on the cob, red potatoes, onions, sausage, mushrooms, and chicken legs etc. . We will also have other food available including lots of boiled shrimp, Bill's famous Sausage jambalaya, multiple famous Smoked BBQ Brisket and a plethora of pulled pork, hot dogs and many side dishes, for those that do not want crawfish. We will also have a couple of Grilled Stuffed Whole Alligators for your sampling pleasure. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO PROPERTY. WE WILL HAVE BEER AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE FOR CASH AND COUPONS ON THE DECK AS WELL AS SOFT DRINKS AND BOTTLED WATER.
