Marketing Assistant – Internship to Commission-Based Position

Location: Grapevine • Southlake • Keller (Hybrid: Remote + In-Office Training)

Next Generation Brands is a boutique marketing agency that helps small businesses grow through branding, marketing, and reputation management. We’re looking for a driven, communicative, and creative Marketing Assistant who’s ready to learn, grow, and launch their career in the marketing industry.

This role is ideal for a college student, recent graduate, or aspiring marketing professional who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and a path to long-term success in the field.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly under the mentorship of the company owner to gain real-world marketing experience.
• Learn to network, qualify leads, and build client relationships.
• Assist in creating and managing branding, marketing, and reputation strategies for clients.
• Support account management, including client communication and follow-ups.
• Participate in both remote work and in-office training sessions (for accountability, learning, and collaboration).

• Excellent communication skills (verbal + written).
• A natural interest in marketing, branding, and helping businesses grow.
• Positive, professional, and eager to learn.
• Organized and accountable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong desire to build a career in marketing (preferably female candidates encouraged to apply).
