Jacob R. Miles III is a 30-year resident of Grapevine, Texas. He is the Founder and CEO of MAP Esports Network Inc. (MAP) dba MAP Media Network, MAP Digital Network, MAP Labs, Power Players League® (PPL). MAP is a media and entertainment, intellectual property (IP) developer and manager. He is a past City of Grapevine, Texas (Mayor and City Council) appointee serving on the Board of Directors of the Grapevine Heritage Foundation (GHF) for over 10 years. GHF is responsible for protecting the city’s history and historical assets and fundraising. He is past President of the Grapevine Historic Downtown Merchants Association (GHDMA). He is an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Grapevine and a founding member of its “Iron Men” men’s group. He is a past member of the University of North Texas – Denton, Marketing School Advisory Council.
He is an original Kenner Toys Star Wars engineer working with George Lucas on the original Star Wars toys and is an avid collector. He is the creator of Tex DunRight™ born July 5, 2004, in Historic Grapevine, Texas, the world’s favorite cowboy, an adult focused Muppet styled character known for his appearances and performances at festivals in his hometown of Historic Grapevine, Texas, Cowtown (Ft. Worth, Texas Historic Stockyards District), nationwide and throughout the world at rodeos, on TV, social media and in comic strips. He is notable for his love of Texas, especially Grapevine and Ft Worth and his comedic, somewhat sarcastic and braggadocios superstar personality.
