I’m not just a name on a sign—I represent trust, excellence, and deep roots in Tarrant County. I’m not the Hall of Fame Cowboy—I’m the other Randy White—the one who has spent a lifetime helping clients achieve their dreams and goals in real estate.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I got my start early, working in my parents’ antique store by the age of 10. That experience sparked my love of business and serving people. I went on to study real estate at the University of Texas at Arlington and began my career in residential real estate sales in 1978.
In 2005, I made a pivotal decision to create a locally owned, boutique brokerage—one that allowed for creativity, community focus, and a commitment to excellence that could only be expressed through a personal approach to real estate. That vision became Randy White Real Estate Services.
Our company is known not only for professionalism and results but also for our commitment to community. We live out our values of respect, integrity, excellence, leadership, and love every day. I call it “hyper-local living”—working where we live, giving back to our community, and remaining the only brokerage that is locally owned and operated.

For nearly five decades, my team and I have led the market in both volume and luxury sales throughout Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Trophy Club, and Grapevine. Many of my team members have worked alongside me for over a decade, and together we continue to raise the bar.
My wife Natalie and I live in Southlake and are proud to have our granddaughter, Harley, now part of the family business. You’ll often find us at White’s Chapel Methodist Church, cheering on the Dragons on Friday nights, and, of course, in true Randy White style, rooting for the Dallas Cowboys.
