Special Strong specializes in creating adaptive fitness programs for people with mental, cognitive and physical disabilities so they might live more independent, and abundant lives. After a free assessment, we will design a program that fits each client's needs. Our programs seek to develop more lean muscle, balance, coordination, strength, endurance, balance, motor skills, and confidence. We work with our clients at inclusive, public gyms and offer group, semi-private and private training. In-home training is also an option.
